collect your data for the purpose of contract execution, for the fulfilment of our contractual and pre-contractual obligations as well as for direct advertising. The data collection and data processing is necessary both for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (e. g. sending a cost estimate) and for the fulfilment of the contract and is based on Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO.

The data shall be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their processing. At least this presupposes the expiration of legal and fiscal storage duty.

2. passing on the data to third parties

Insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the contract with you pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO, your personal data will be passed on to third parties involved in the performance of the contract. This includes, for example, subcontractors, structural engineers, building material suppliers, tax consultants, consultants, legal advisors, etc.

3. rights of data subjects

You have the right to revoke your consent to data processing and to object at any time to the use of your data for the purpose of direct marketing. In addition, you are entitled to request information on the data we have stored about you and, if the data is incorrect, to demand that it be corrected or, if the data is stored inadmissibly, that it be deleted. In addition, you have the right to restrict processing and the right to data transfer. They also have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority.

4. collecting data through the use of our website

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e. g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible.

cookies

Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called „session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Server Log Files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

- Browser type and browser version

- used operating system

- Referrer URL

- Hostname of the accessing computer

- Time of the server request

- IP - Address

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore carried out exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e. g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
